What are the documents needed to apply for a change of address on my licence?

You will need an identity proof, a valid UK passport and your address details of past 3 years. You will also need your driving licence. You should not be barred from driving for any reason. You can apply for a change in address online through gov.uk.

What are the costs involved in obtaining a driving licence?

The fee will depend on whether you are applying for a licence for the first time, applying for a renewal or wish to exchange/amend your existing licence. The charges will differ further if you are applying for a duplicate in the event that your licence was stolen, lost or damaged.

Do I need to send a new photo while applying for a name change in my licence?

No. You need to fill the right application form, i.e. application for a driving licence, or application for a bus/lorry licence. The form can be sent to DVLA, submitted personally, or sent through the premium checking service.
